Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING

All U.S. orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. All international orders are shipped through DHL Express. Once an item has shipped, it is in the hands of USPS or DHL and all following action will need to be taken with USPS or DHL. We are not responsible for items that have been lost or damaged in transit, nor when items are delivered through a tracking number but the item is not found by the customer. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, tariffs, duties or taxes that you will need to pay upon receiving your order. If for any reason a package is returned to our facility the shipping charge will need to be paid again to reship the item. Items valued over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.  

RETURNS

All items are FINAL SALE. Each piece is one-of-a-kind unless noted otherwise. Measurements, quality, material, and photos are all listed in descriptions of every item to ensure the item is being fully represented. Items may have slight imperfections due to their handmade nature, please appreciate these items for their character. Custom-made and made-to-order pieces may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Custom-made orders are designed with measurements provided by the customer and are not eligible for refund, return or exchange. We highly encourage having measurements taken by a professional when ordering custom-made items.
