1. High Bust Circumference- Wrap the measuring tape around your chest above your full bust and high beneath your underarms while keeping the tape underneath your shoulder blades.
2. Full Bust Circumference- Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust without indenting the breast tissue. Make sure the tape is parallel to the floor all the way around your body.
3. Underbust Circumference- Wrap the tape around your underbust directly beneath where the breast tissue meets your torso. Make sure the tape is parallel to the floor all the way around your body.
4. Waist Circumference- Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your waist. Make sure the tape is parallel to the floor all the way around your body.
5. Hip Depth- Measure the distance between your waist and full hip. Make sure the tape is vertical to the floor.
6. Full Hip Circumference- Wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips. Make sure the tape is parallel to the floor all the way around your body.
